By downloading, installing, or using iTalk ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
iTalk is an AI-powered language translation application that provides voice, text, camera, and live conversation translation services across 35+ languages. The App offers both free and premium features.

Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
iTalk may offer a free trial period for eligible subscription plans. During the free trial, you will have full access to all premium features at no charge.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until that date. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes in advance. Continued use of the premium service after the effective date of a price change constitutes agreement to the new price.

All content, features, functionality, design elements, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App are owned by iTalk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
While we strive for accuracy, iTalk does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any translation. The App uses AI-powered and on-device machine learning models that may produce errors.
Translations provided by iTalk should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional human translation services in legal, medical, financial, or other critical contexts. You use translations at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iTalk and its developers, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iTalk and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the App after changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and iTalk regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
